Bloomtown Botanicals Product Review

Hey everyone,

Today I’m back with an exciting post, I’m going to run through some products I’ve been absolutely loving! I recently received some products from a brand called ‘Bloomtown Botanicals’ and I’m obsessed. Their products are all handmade & 100% plant-based and you can really tell. I notice a huge difference in the smell of natural products and when something has been perfumed and as soon as I opened the package with these products inside the waft of amazing natural scents was just to die for.

My skin hasn’t been in a good way at all recently so I was really excited to try ‘The Clearing’ Black Clay & Tea Tree Treatment Mask. Cliche, but it does exactly what it says on the tin (or in this case the pot).  The mask is super easy to apply, I use a flat pointed foundation brush to get a nice even layer. I’ve never used a mask that has been as easy as this one to take off, usually the one thing I hate about face masks is how hard they are to get off but this was not the case. At first my skin felt softer but I didn’t see much of a difference when it came to my problem areas and break outs, but as you have to do with most skin care I stuck it out and kept going. Once I started using this mask as part of my daily skincare routine I really started to notice that my skin was clearing up and looking a lot healthier. I’ve tried a lot of Black Clay masks and none have ever really made much of a difference but this one for sure has!

I’ve also been loving ‘The Hedgerow’ Sweet Almond & Shea Sugar Scrub. I massage this onto my skin in the shower, focusing on dry patches, and the result is amazing. My skin feels incredibly soft after and it also smells incredible with hints of mango and blackberry, super fresh!! I used this to exfoliate my skin before applying fake tan and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. If you’re looking for a good sugar scrub to soften up your skin, give this a try.

Last but not least is ‘The Meadow’ Pink Himalayan Salt Soak. This combines my two favourite things, baths and the smell of lavender! I adored using this product, it filled the bathroom with a gorgeous scent and I was just completely relaxed. The natural oils in the salts also left my skin feeling amazing.

These products all work wonders and didn’t disappoint whatsoever! If you’re on the hunt for some new skin care and pamper products definitely have a look at the amazing variety Bloomtown have. I will be picking up some more, without a doubt!

  2. How helpful to know! I’m constantly struggling with my acne, I tried to cut out wearing makeup and that didn’t seem to make a difference. I’m constantly wondering what to do and try with my face, I will definitely look into this brand and product! Thank you!
